Research shows that students who are not reading proficiently by third grade are four times more likely to drop out of school before graduation and ultimately set their lives on a course that leads away from success toward unemployment, violence, and incarceration.

Agricenter International is a self-sustaining, not-for-profit organization that provides economic development and improved quality of life by facilitating agricultural research, educational programs, environmental conservation, natural area preservation and recreational opportunities. The educational program at Agricenter provides education in Agriculture, Forestry, and other Natural Resources for approximately 5,000 annually from West Tennessee, North Mississippi, and East Arkansas.
